Family Dollar is a decent store with a convenient location close to where many live. Shoppers enjoy the great prices and new items, finding it very convenient for a set budget. However, the store has faced issues with low inventory, incorrect price listings, and a chaotic atmosphere. Some former customers cite poor attitudes but also note exceptional staff kindness and knowledge. There is a strong feeling that the store needs more security inside and outside to help shoppers feel safer.
So much trash in the parking lot. I wonder how management can just let the trash pile up without having any pride in the work environment.
