“This store has had its ups and downs, but it's always been my favorite Dollar Tree. It's a little more compact than some of the other stores but seems cleaner even when they are unboxing and shelving. Maybe less dusty? Also, I don't know if they hired new staff or I just came on a good day but the employees were super friendly and cheerful. They've always been helpful (and patient -- this store gets busy), but they're riding a good wave right now. I still wish everything was a dollar, though.”
“Store #7336, The Dollar Tree at 8440 Louisburg Rd. Raleigh, NC 27616 is amazing. It is always so clean, bright, organized. Boxes are not sitting in the isle ways like most of the other Dollar Trees in the area. The floors have no stains, spilled paint, etc. like the one at 1500 N. New Hope Rd. in Raleigh. The key to this excellent store is two men who run it very well: Albert and Ronnie. They are professional, personable, and super helpful. They are organized and have high expectations for the store so that shoppers have a pleasant experience. There are a couple other nice ones (Falls of Neuse and also Sumner Blvd), but this on Louisburg Rd. beats them all. Please let Ronnie and Albert they're doing a great job. Maybe they can get a raise or a nice bonus!”
“The dollar tree at triangle plaza is the best I've ever visited. Just to show you how caring the two employees that open the store on Sunday held a personal item I left in the store a week earlier. They kept it in the office. It meant so much. They're the best.”
“Absolutely Great 👍🏽 💯 store-the store is always in good condition it's always well stocked, the cashiers and the manager Victoria are very kind and helpful people-I believe it's because they have grown people working there that have responsibilities-they don't have little kids working for them-this is one of the best Dollar trees that I've actually seen”

“It isn't like dollar general or dollar tree or family dollar. There's some household products like paper plates, etc. And smoke stuff and cell phone stuff, etc. It's kinda like a shop on the Myrtle Beach shopping strip. So, don't go there expecting everything a regular dollar store has, like I did, lol”

“I went in around 8pm on today (Saturday evening) with my 2 under 2 children. Ciera Martin was AMAZING in helping me load the items in my vehicle even though that is waaay out of her job description! She was also very communicative about the coupons I was using and helped me fix an error I had made! Store was also very well stocked.”

“Surprised at the quality of this dollar tree store! While the Dollar tree isn’t really a dollar anymore these days, they had a lot of good quality items. The shelves were pretty neat and well stocked/everything was easy to access. They do a really good job of maintaining the store! I had initially planned to grab one or two items that I knew I could find here and then go to Walmart but ended up, not needing to go to Walmart at all because they have pretty much everything I needed haha so that was pleasant surprise! Will go again!”

“I was one of the first customers to frequent this location, however I had to stop going due to all the attitudes, low inventory, chaos of the store and prices not listed correctly amongst other things. I must say though that Tanika Howard was a breath of fresh air! Her kindness, friendliness, knowledge of product locations, etc made me reconsider coming to this location. A kind word goes a long way. It is much appreciated and you have found a gem in her!”

“I shop this location often, as it’s my neighborhood location. It’s my 2nd favorite. I prefer shopping mid week early in the day for better stock options and late night for wonderful customer service. There was a nice gentleman who worked checkout tonight. He was kind and nice to engage with. I have been frequenting the store more often to find the Viral social media items. The home/ cleaning supplies, makeup, bath/beauty items have really surprised me with the quality of new brands like Global Beauty, Ioni and Dermasil. For $1.25-$1.50 I can stock up on some of my favorites. Glad to see more big name brands have made their way to the store also. Just be prepared to pay a little more now with the state of the economy. If you see an item that you like, I encourage you to purchase as many as you can. Get it before it’s all gone. You can never predict when the staff will restock that item again. Especially items for everyday use like soaps, hygiene products and household cleaners. Stock gets very low ! I also love that they are open to 10 p.m. ! This has been very convenient for the community.”

“Since they've remodeled it, the store looks great! I recently had a return and I was able to do it with no problems whatsoever! The only thing that I've really seen that would present a problem for me if I were in management there would be making sure that my staff was dressed appropriately with clean and neat uniforms. I visit the store a few times a week on my way home from work to get little odds and ends for the house. I would definitely recommend this store to others!”

“I enjoyed my shopping experience here. This location is HUGE ! The grocery/ snacks have their own portion of the building with the health and beauty aisles. It’s massive ! The $3- $5 section is also clearly separate. I was able to find a lot of viral products that I could not find at the other locations. I did not have to wait in line to checkout. The only negative here was that I saw a lot of stolen/ empty cosmetics items. This aisle was ransacked! A mess. If you see an item you like, grab atleast 5 of the item. It will not be there when you return. Even if you don’t think you’ll like it, don’t run the risk !!!!!!”
