“Very great experience! The staff was very professional and nice. The nurse I had, I can't remember her name but she was very sweet and guided me through all the processes patiently, it was a quick experience as well. I did a pre-employment screening which involved 3 different tests including a drug screening and they got me in and out 1.5 hours which was the quickest thorough turnaround I ever experienced and that was including paperwork. very well structured. My only complaint would be the hearing booth needs more sound proofing and more space but as a whole the experience was great”

In a time when patients are treated as a "number" it is refreshing to know there are medical professionals out there who truly have a heart.”
“This is a great medical office that I have been going to for a long time. It is easy to schedule appointments through the patient portal. There was frequent communication before and after the appointment. While at the office check in was quick and there was a short wait to be called back. The waiting room is large and comfortable. Both Dr. Jo and her assistant were friendly. They collected and shared good information. I felt very comfortable and felt like my medical concerns were heard and addressed.”

“I may be too annoyed to leave a review rn... im still waiting to get my prescription authorized by my doctor... im stuck in limbo hell rn... not getting response.
*update* I did want to give a update about my initial review. My doctor and her staff got things squared away and I was able to get my prescription.. I think that the pharmacy may have played a bigger role in the confusion... regardless, I must say that my actual doctor is excellent. I would say her name but I don't want it attached to anything negative lol, bc she is very efficient and very friendly. I will indeed, stay with her.”
