“I brought my 19-year-old son in at 6:45 PM on a Sunday expecting tired and possibly cranky employees due to the late hour. What I got was exactly the opposite of that. From the lovely security lady outside the office (Tiffany) to Angela and Connor at the front desk (I hope I got their names right because they really deserve recognition), we were greeted warmly and taken care of efficiently and with a smile. Every patient coming in after us was greeted in the same helpful, pleasant way. What a great experience!”

“I came on a Thursday at 1PM as a walk-in for bloodwork and I was in and out very quickly. The labcorp is inside Walgreens. You check-in at the electronic kiosk, and the waiting area is amid the aisles. There were 6 other people ahead of me that I skipped, but I think they probably had to do other tests and not bloodwork. So, there may be a longer wait if you need to do other things. There were two employees in the back room, so I think one does bloodwork, while the other employee handles other diagnostic tests. The employee that drew my blood was nice and courteous. I’m glad I went to this labcorp compared to the other North Raleigh locations. You can also make a reservation online if you don’t want to wait!”

I was checked in for my appointment on time, and although I warned her of my small, rolling veins, she was able to draw my blood quickly and didn’t dig into my veins (which is surprisingly common). My veins usually make giving blood a long, daunting task, but I appreciate her for making it quick and easy!”

“Had to do a drug screening for school here. Got here about an hour after they opened and was seen within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get enough urine flowing but they were very accommodating giving me water and waiting for about 30 minutes for me!”

The express check in was easy, the front desk staff was kind and courteous when taking payment and answering questions, and the phlebotomist was phenomenal. I’m bad with needles and she helped keep me distracted and talking during my blood draw and let me sit as long as I needed so I didn’t pass out. Overall great experience.”
