I had an excellent experience at Fidelity Bank on Oberlin Rd! I came in to close accounts at another bank and open new ones with Fidelity, and John Russell made the entire process effortless. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout. David Forest was also amazing! Highly recommend!
