Not too great if you are a truck driver with a delivery and have to wait for the people on the street to get loaded so you can access the dock... Street back with employee parking on the sides.. in other words a cluster..

Fast unloading. Direction From I 40 east to i440 keep right to take i87 north keep right to take first exit #4 new hope rd turn left on new hope rd ahead turn left on trademark drive entrance is 4th drive way on your right straight to gate. No overnight parking
