““We had a fantastic experience at Cleveland Ace Hardware. The young man who handles the grills — I believe his name is Matthew — went above and beyond to help my husband find the exact grill he wanted. He even worked extra to track it down for us. The grill arrived sooner than expected, and the staff was incredibly helpful loading it onto our truck.
Shopping here is such a breath of fresh air compared to the big box stores. The store is clean, the team is friendly, and you truly feel taken care of. We’ll definitely be back.””

“Our window didn't roll up while it was raining heavily and my son went in to get duct tape and a tarp... And instead Frank, the owner and Chester, a friend in customer of his, let me pull up under the awning and took their own time to come and take a look at our window and help fix it. We tried so hard to get it up and it went all the way up!Just truly truly truly nice people I can't believe they took time to do that! I feel like there is not a lot of people like that anymore that can troubleshoot and would spend that time when they didn't have to.We have a little over an hour drive home so I am thankful because it will be raining on our way home too!”

“Got a cactus here on a whim back in 2023. A pad fell off. Then I had 2 cacti. I will keep having more cacti. I don't remember how much I paid, but I don't think it was much. What I do remember is the excitement of seeing a bud for on the cactus every year and the fun of watching the small pad that fell off grow into a larger plant in its own right.”

We loved our front door so much that a month ago we replaced our back and side doors with matching ones about a month ago!
