Hollister Co. offers good quality clothes and a good vibe with very friendly staff. The store is nicely located within Crabtree mall with a good location and lots of parking. However, sales can be haphazard, with discounts sometimes not applying at the billing counter, leading to mix-ups. Full priced items are noted as slightly expensive compared to other shops. The billing counter was sometimes empty, contributing to an average service experience overall.

Love their clothes, good quality and they have Christmas out with the “vault open” for 2000..see pic. Just wish they had some more sales/deals. Staff is very friendly. Good vibe!

Shout out to Mariah. Not only did she find me a good pair of jeans, she ran into my burning home and saved my brother from a house fire. In a way she saved my jeans and my genes ?. someone give her a raise immediately.
