Hollister Co. offers good quality clothes and a good vibe with very friendly staff. The store is nicely located within Crabtree mall with a good location and lots of parking. However, sales can be haphazard, with discounts sometimes not applying at the billing counter, leading to mix-ups. Full priced items are noted as slightly expensive compared to other shops. The billing counter was sometimes empty, contributing to an average service experience overall.
Took my daughter here for jeans that were on sale. She needed a size that was on a manican and a male employee there went above and beyond to remove the jeans from the manican so that we could purchase it. Great customer service but we did notice high prices for other items. The jeans however was on sale for $20.

Love their clothes, good quality and they have Christmas out with the “vault open” for 2000..see pic. Just wish they had some more sales/deals. Staff is very friendly. Good vibe!
