The Kerr Scott Building is a large municipal facility at the Raleigh fairgrounds, home to the North Carolina State Fair. It is a great venue for events like gem shows, expos, and promotions, featuring prize-winning art displays and unique vendor booths. The building has a circular design with indoor restrooms that are immaculately clean. It offers plenty of well-marked parking, though it can be a distance away. While the space is clean, well-marked, and well-spaced for crowds, the temperature inside can feel like the outside weather. Overall, it is a pretty cool and not a bad venue.

Huge space for events, it was difficult to find the actual parking lot for the Kerr Scott building though. Other than that, it was cool.

A variety of events are held at this venue for example, expos, fairs, home and boat exhibits and the yearly local quilt guild show. Go on line and check out the upcoming exhibits.
Free ample parking available.
