“Dogwood hosted our courthouse wedding reception, and it was truly everything we wanted and more. Not only was Dogwood wonderful to communicate with during the entire process, but they also threw in so many extra special details that we didn't expect that made our day unforgettable. For anyone looking for a non-traditional reception space in the Triangle, look no further!

Dave and Elyssa worked with us prior to the wedding to determine what bar package and catering we wanted (one great perk of working with Dogwood was that outside catering is welcome) and how we wanted the space set up. Dave especially was so amenable to our asks, particularly in dealing with potential rain on the patio. In the days before the event, Dave handled coordinating a tent for the outdoor space that worked out beautifully for our guests. The day of the event, we checked in early to find the space perfectly arranged - the patio especially was such a perfect fit even in mildly chilly weather, as we had gas firepits, warm blankets, and cozy, stylish seating. Elyssa did a wonderful job of making the entire space look amazing while also making sure our guests were comfortable. Each of the bays was set up to allow our guests to explore a range of different golf activities (including kid-friendly versions), and our guests loved the putting green and the interactive putt-view games.

We also want to give a MASSIVE shout-out to Becca, Kelsie, and Peter. All three of them helped us set up the space prior to the event, and took down the decorations for us to pick up the next day. Becca worked with us prior to the wedding to not only coordinate signature drinks, but also to design the CUTEST bar menu that was personalized with pictures of our dogs! As Bar Manager, Becca was AMAZING and we are so grateful for her help in figuring out our drink menu. Becca, Kelsie, and Peter were rockstars at our open bar - despite the relatively high volume of drink orders, they handled it beautifully, and gave us plenty of time towards the end of the evening to usher folks out. They also had a surprise for us in that they created a custom drink foam topper, which we absolutely loved!!

We couldn't have imagined a better way to celebrate our courthouse ceremony, and our guests loved it - we got so many complements on our choice of venue and the space. We feel like we've discovered an amazing hidden gem for prime wedding reception spots in the triangle - the location is central to downtown Raleigh, the parking is free, and we felt like the price for the experience was more than reasonable! Now we keep asking ourselves - is it too soon to host our anniversary party at Dogwood?”

“Morris Peaceland Farm is a hidden gem in Wake County — just minutes from Raleigh and Cary, yet tucked away like a secret garden.

For a rustic-elegant Raleigh wedding, it's one of the most photogenic spots in the Triangle. Being photographer myself, i will talk to Morris to see if I can bring my wedding couples there for their pre wedding shoots.”

“Our wedding at Bridge Club was absolutely perfect. We got married on 1/31/26 during the snowstorm. I am so grateful for this team for not only making this event happen, but executing at the level they did. Everything went right because of the Bridge Club staff and our vendors.

One of the things guests complimented most highly was the food. My husband and I met while working at a restaurant in the Raleigh area, and one of our favorite things to do together is go to good restaurants and have a night out downtown. I found Bridge Club before we got engaged, and I knew it would be the perfect fit. We have loved all the concepts Ashley Christensen has brought to Raleigh over the years, and we wanted guests to remember our wedding for having good food. As I write this review a week later, one of our guests is texting me that she can’t stop thinking about the tomato pie and now her and her fiance are learning to make one this summer when the tomatoes are ripe.

I don’t even know where to begin about the service. I am so grateful to this team. Being married in the South during a snowstorm, I was concerned for the safety of people coming out. I’m grateful everyone could make it and everyone had a good time, and I’m grateful everyone got home safe. Thank you to Jessie who was able to connect with me the week leading up to the event to keep my confidence in the weather and letting me know little updates along the way. I really appreciated the sweet text that our wedding cake was done being frosted in the chaos of all my last minute planning. Thank you to Ryan Murphy for being so attentive to Ray and I during our cocktail hour and reception. Also, Ryan is generally one of my favorite food & bev industry people in the Triangle, so even if you don’t have an event coming up you should still pop into Death and Taxes some time to say hi! Thank you to the entire staff for your professionalism and generous service. All of our guests felt they were very well taken care of and it was a great event that wouldn’t have been possible without the servers and bartenders. I honestly feel like this event went way better than any of us expected given the circumstances with the weather, but your team made it feel like everything went off without a hitch.

I highly recommend hosting your next event at Bridge Club. The venue is also generally pretty if you are looking for more of a bar or restaurant-style venue. It has high windows an wood floors. I help plan parties for my corporate office as well, and Bridge Club has been one of the easiest and most transparent venues for me to work with in Raleigh and Durham. They were incredibly flexible and creative and easy to communicate with. In my mind, I was comfortable coordinating the event because I have hosted larger parties like this before (We had ~80-85 guests), and Jessie and her team definitely made me feel comfortable and confident in doing this, but I don’t recommend this for other brides in the future. Hire the wedding planner! (Which Bridge Club recommended to me, but I am stubborn.)

“The team at the Durant Nature Preserve and the Campbell Lodge are wonderful! They made the entire rental process run smoothly and answered all our questions. They do have some specific rules for use of the Campbell Lodge, so make sure those are okay for your event before renting. We were able to have a beautiful event without any issues with the venue! For the Campbell Lodge, make sure guests navigate to the correct address at 3237 Spottswood Street. The lodge is not accessible from the Durant Nature Preserve main entrance. There is plenty of space in the Lodge, provided tables and chairs, and a large warming kitchen, ice machine, and walk-in cooler. The check out process went smoothly! We will definitely consider renting the Campbell Lodge again for future events!”

“Never a bad time, wish they opened a little earlier but I get it not a huge a day rush to throw some axes, how about an axe throwing happy hour? Any way great spot, with seating all over and great food options. Lots to do here if you have to wait or need to take a break. It's worth at least a one time try.”

I give this place 10 stars . And Amanda the manager is very friendly and will accommodate all your needs . Of course all my future events will be held at this club house .”

“Just book it! The place is so beautiful, very cute and spacious. The host Lauren was very hospitable and it was absolutely the perfect place to host a Prayer/ Vision board party ! She made us feel right at home to use her space and the atmosphere when you walk in is perfect for the name of the place. I felt good walking in and in a very good space, so I’m super grateful her space was there! Definitely one of the best hosting spaces here in RDU area!”

“The only place that reminds me of the old cobblestone road near Laoximen in Shanghai that I used to go to when I was a child. Although the road is a bit short, it is still very classic.”
