Front desk extremely rude and unprofessional. Made an appt for 10:45 was there early (after rcvg the text that they were ready)but they never even called my name and I was skipped along with several others by 5 walk in people. The employees there just don’t care.On top of that my entire arm is sore today which has never happened before!Horrible place all around!!

Whoever does the hiring process needs to work on their selection skills. Front staff has 0 customer service. This is a must in areas of service, mostly when we are working with patient care.

I wouldn’t recommend this office. The individual at the front desk mixed up my bloodwork with another individual. This could have been very serious. This required me to make another trip back and when I came back for a redraw she wouldn’t own up to the fact that she was the one who made the mistake. I had to wait for over an hour because I didn’t make an appointment. I arrived at 8:04am. At 8:50am a gentleman came in with a 9:00am appointment and she processed him at 8:55am. When did good old fashioned common sense die?

I’ve been to Labcorp many times over the years. Not once have I ever had it hurt or any bruising. I’m on day 2 and my arm is severely bruised. No excuse. I have big veins and I had a bottle and 1/2 of water before I went in.

The staff here are genuinely trying their best but a lab cannot function with only one employee. This place is extremely dysfunctional and horribly mismanaged, at no fault of the hardworking employees here. Do not come here, especially on a Monday morning, or expect wait times upward of 1.5 hours.

Milton was amazing! I hate needles and he made me feel very calm. I didn't look and didn't even know he stuck me' it was quick and painless and i barely had a bruise. As a matter of fact it was the tiny hole where the needle went in. No bruising! Milton is wonderful!!!

Terrible experience. Slow service with only one person working to check in and draw blood. 15+ people in the lobby, standing room only. Been here 45 minutes and still not been back for labs. Ridiculously slow!

Booked an appointment. Appointment time promptly ignored by a wide margin.Only one person working with a lobby full of people waiting to be seen.This is not the first time it had been like this either; in fact it’s a regular thing here.0 level of customer service, this corporation and its management should be ashamed.

The last three times I’ve gone here this year I’ve spent an hour there. Two of the times they only had one person working in the whole office, so she had to juggle front desk duties and taking people’s labs. Very understaffed. I’ve gone on different days/different times, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I wish there was another place I could go but this if by far the closest option for me. It didn’t used to be so bad here.

LabCorp management should and would be embarrassed by the treatment my husband and I received this afternoon. The woman at the desk could not have been more rude. We have never been treated with such disrespect. What a shame you never learned how to treat your customer / your client / your elders. We normally have lab interactions within doctor offices and hospitals. We are always treated like we matter, like our lab needs are important. In this case at LabCorp it was the opposite. The samples that my husband has to prepare will be taken to a DIFFERENT location you can be sure of that! Wish I knew her name. She gives a bad name to health care.

Scheduled an appt on labcorp website for 12:15pm today. I got there at 11:50am to find the door closed and locked, and the door reads closed from 12-1p for lunch. 3 other ppl were there also for labwork and left because the door was locked. Why did your online scheduling allow me to schedule? Why does Google say nothing about being closed for lunch? How many others time have you wasted?

I went into this same location back in May 2023 and had the same check in person. It's so sad because when she checked me in back in May, she was so rude to every patient she checked in. I just went in this morning and it was the same thing. She is beyond rude and loud and embarrassing to patients. She wont make eye contact and acts like shes miserable. So unprofessional. It's obvious that she doesn't have the heart that it takes to work in the medical field. Simply rude! I will definitely choose another location in the future.

Tina and Brianna are awesome!! They took excellent care of my son!! My son has a horrible time when it comes to getting blood drawn. He sweats, sometimes vomits and/or passes out. Getting blood drawn is a traumatic experience for him and Tina and Brianna knew just what to do, and they did it with grace and composure.
