The majority of technicians at this site are efficient, friendly and professional. The kiosk only sign in method is not ideal particularly for the elderly or those with various difficulties. It would be beneficial to have a call button for individuals to use if they need assistance.

Not as bad as the reviews say it is as the staff are very friendly and my blood draw was pretty painless. The wait time however is a bit long even if you have an appointment. Around 15-20 minutes.
