FANTASTIC service- very accommodating! The hotel was busy, but the staff were able to get us in a non-smoking room. I don’t understand the low rating, you aren’t paying for the Ritz Carlton, it’s a bed for a night. Has a large laundry facility too. Good affordable option in Raleigh!
