“I had a wonderful stay at the Westin RDU and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was quiet and peaceful, which was especially impressive considering the hotel is so close to the airport. I never heard airport noise during my stay. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of shopping and dining options, including Target, Walmart, Costco, and the shops and restaurants in Brier Creek. There are also great restaurants nearby such as LongHorn Steakhouse, Carolina Ale House, and other popular dining spots. Overall, the Westin RDU exceeded my expectations. Five stars all the way!”

“I was at Duke for business and stayed here. The hotel is a very interesting design as the limo drop off at the lobby entrance is on the middle floors. Once inside, the lobby is immaculate. The staff were helpful and friendly immediately upon arrival. I stayed in a corner room on the 4th floor at the end of the hallway. It was large, immaculately clean, and well decorated. Most notable was the signature orange and bergamot fragrance, which I presume was Molton Brown, or similar. It put me at ease and was neutral and relaxing. Check out was a breeze. The only criticism, which is minor, is the gift shop did not have many items. I was looking for a can of spray starch to freshen up and press my dress shirt, but none was available. Overall, a great hotel.”

“Shutout to the front desk personnel. Specially to the gentleman with dreads. Thank you so much for your courtesy, professionalism and the understanding of my situation. Thank you, thank you”
“We recently had to travel from the DMV area to Raleigh, North Carolina, for a funeral, and by the time we arrived at the Aloft Hotel, it had been a very long and emotional day. From the moment we checked in, Mada truly made all the difference.
She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and welcomed us with such warmth and care that we immediately felt at home. During a time when our family was carrying so much grief, her compassion and genuine concern meant more than she could possibly know.
Mada’s customer service was exceptional, but more than that, her kindness stood out. She has a gift for making people feel seen and cared for. I sincerely hope everyone who stays at the Aloft Hotel has the opportunity to experience her hospitality, professionalism, and expertise.
Thank you, Mada, for making a difficult trip a little easier. “Rooms were nicely setup with a mini kitchenette fully stocked with an electric 2 burner, utensils, fridge, microwave etc, it was clean but the beds were VERY uncomfortable. The breakfast was kinda basic.”
“It was an older place. It was clean and bed was comfortable. My room had a slight musty smell. It was close to the McKinnom Center. Was there for a conference. The breakfast bar looked good but I was in a hurry and they were serving breakfast at the conference. The pool looked really nice in the courtyard but didnt have time to check it out. I didnt really like the sliding glass doors opening to the outside, but it was nice they had a security bar. Also the carport was old. It is time to update the carpet. Oh and the big thing that bothered me was the outside doors on the side entrance were open for anyone to walk in. It was set up for your key to unlock it. Traveling as a female alone made me feel uncomfortable.”

“Awesome location to the shops and dining of North Hills, Raleigh. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, modern rooms. Parking across the street. Valet is awesome, Steve was tremendously helpful! Having a room facing the restaurants can get a little noisy on the weekend... Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and super convenient.”

“We had a great stay over the winter storm weekend at the end of January. The staff were all incredibly pleasant and helpful.
The room was pretty big and very clean.
Everything was closed because of the storm so we ate at the restaurant a few times. The burger was great, and the awesome bartender made a great margarita. For breakfast they made us the artisan sandwich on a wrap and were very accommodating in substituting turkey sausage for the bacon.”

“I stayed here about two weeks ago to handle an extremely difficult personal endeavor and I just needed rest. The staff here went above and beyond and treated me incredibly well and comp'd me breakfast during my stay. Yes, there was construction going on but my room was quiet. This stay really did help with providing a relaxing place to rest. I had the avocado breakfast sandwich which was delicious! If I come back to Raleigh, I'll be staying here for sure!! Thank you to the night staff that checked me in and the servers in the restaurant, the service you provide matters and it makes an impact!”
“As their name implies, this is a quality inn. Everything is so well designed & the room aesthetics are perfect. It's clear that a lot of detail went into the design of this hotel, even down to having some high-quality milk available with breakfast (there's also WAFFLES!). The beds are great - good mattress quality & luxurious bedding. Even the showers are fantastic with beautiful water pressure and unending hot water. The atmosphere is relaxingly quiet & the staff is amazing :3”
“A great, reasonably priced hotel in central location. The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. The lady running the dinning area was on point! The rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“This will be the 2nd time I have stayed here recently! The staff service is FANTASTIC. Huge shout out to Jamel for helping me throughout the check-in process. The breakfast is also amazing and the location is right next to the Raleigh convention center which makes it super easy to get to anything in the area. 11/10, will more than likely be coming back in the future.”
“Will have to say doesn't look that great from the outside. But my room was the cleanest and the shower was amazing. Like the glass door walk in style. And the bed was absolutely amazing. So comfy. I called down to get my extra time to checkout bc im a Platinum member but the front desk people did great when checking me in. Will stay again if im in town.”
“Pros: large, pleasant room, very clean, very comfortable bed. friendly staff, convenient location. Cons: Thinnest pillows I've ever seen (took 4 to ALMOST make a regular thickness), unending traffic noise, bad light bleed. Got there after 1:30 a.m. Checkout was 11. Asked for an extended check out time and got a flat no. We would have to pay for another day's lodging to get even an extra hour.”
“FANTASTIC service- very accommodating! The hotel was busy, but the staff were able to get us in a non-smoking room. I don’t understand the low rating, you aren’t paying for the Ritz Carlton, it’s a bed for a night. Has a large laundry facility too. Good affordable option in Raleigh!”
“Short trip to Raleigh and the Longleaf was lovely! Walkable to restaurants and downtown areas and their lounge was a perfect place to relax after our day. Rooms were clean and cozy, the kids loved the trees outside the window and honeysuckle along the walkway. Service was great!”
