“Book this hotel almost last minute so we could go watch the Ranger/canes hockey game. Decently priced, great location, we walked to and from the game, staff was friendly and they have free breakfast in the morning. My husband and I sat out in the garden area before the game and had a drink in the lit gazebo after the game. Our room (141) was the last one down our hallway but the large doors leading to the parking lot and out in the garden area were very loud. We will stay here again for future trips to PNC Arena!!”

“Absolutely loved staying here. Having it be connected to the convention center was absolutely amazing. My only issue is that the parking here is ran by the city so you will have to pay for it regardless of if you have a room or not. Otherwise absolutely recommend if you are going to an event at the convention ”

“I'm a traveling nurse and I recently stayed at this hotel, not only is the place absolutely amazing but the service and hospitality is just something to truly behold. I was checked in and tended to by Selene and Jaleel, they were both amazing.The food was also top notch. Super quiet and cozy atmosphere, its actually probably one of the only hotels I have ever actually been able to fully fall asleep in.The hotel along with the rooms are kept super clean. 10/10 housekeeping.Overall it was a pleasant experience.Rooms: Rooms are super clean and neat, the hotel is well kept. Hotel is relatively new and you can tell.Food & drinks: Food was delicious, and I am a picky eater.”

“My room was right by the trash pickup point and for about 30 minutes in the middle of the night, it was loud and woke me out of a dead sleep. But comfy room. Minute detail I didn’t like - show head was too high so lack of water pressure for the shower. But convenience to the convention center was great! And staff was excellent!”

“Impressive hotel! Service was amazing. We had a large group and they were helpful and accommodating. They even upgraded my room for free and left me a note with a bag of snacks. The restaurant and bar downstairs is really nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated, new, clean, and a great place to stay. I highly recommend. It is one of the best Hilton Hotels I have ever stayed at (and I travel a lot!)”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with double queen beds and there was plenty of seating for other guests which was a pleasant surprise. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed, there was a good-sized bench area folks could comfortably sit in, as well.All of the linens appeared to be very clean and the towels/washcloths/hand towels were also clean and of good quality. The shower had good water pressure and the curtain/liner worked the way it was supposed to (keeping the water in the shower and not all over the floor). I know that's what it's supposed to do, but if you know like I know, that's not always what happens.We felt our stay was a great one for the price we were charged and would have no problems returning to this location.”

“Rooms: They didn't service the rooms. Trash cans got full, and we could have used a few fresh towels. The room had a coffee maker, but only two cups. We used the cups the night before to make cocktails. In the morning, we had to wash the paper cups to make coffee.”

“Awesome service. Great personnel. Room was very clean. I would stay here again with no hesitation. I arrived on Monday night, and the desk personnel were very inviting. I had just driven in from Baltimore Maryland and was exhausted. My room was ready and all I had to do was check in and go to bed! Give these people raises!!!!!Rooms: The room was tidy and very inviting. Thank you for being so accommodating. I was exhausted.”

“Was here for a Saturday night stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional, all while being very busy with customers. They did honor my reservation request for a room on a lower-level floor.One thing this hotel does that I haven't seen at any Choice Hotel (and I have stayed at many of them) is their policy of not renting to locals. They have a sign on the front desk mentioning it.I was very pleased with my room with its king bed, seating area, and a walk-in shower. Everything worked well and the furnishings were in good order.They had a standard free breakfast bar. The only ding would be the outdoor lighting. I returned to my room that night and the rear parking area was unlit. It could be that a pole light was burned out, but I did feel a bit uncomfortable going from my car to the building.”

“First time I stay the room was nice and the second time I stay the room was run thru broking furniture and other stuff. And I dnt like that you have to get a deposit take off your card. Cash would be better and if they would hand it back to you before you leave the building you be nice.”

The employees are kind and understanding they're respectful and do their best to help you but the area takes down the overall worthiness of the place because it's a rowdy area with a lot of noise and cops being called quite often”
