Oak City Cycling is an independent full‑service bike shop founded in 2011, located near downtown Raleigh. It sells new bicycles, a few used, and many accessories. The shop keeps a calendar of events and rides. Staff are cool and knowledgeable, always helping with any minor or major problem and teaching new things. Customers say the shop loves bikes, takes care of everyone, and treats everyone the same. The crew is professional, polite, and listens without jumping to conclusions. Many praise the best customer service and the super helpful, top notch crew. Group rides and other activities make it a place worth checking out.
It is a nice place to repair bicycles. Is is located in a busyness street. However, there is enough parking in front of the shop. They are caring and do the repair as soon as possible.
