Customers park in the spot marked “Online Order Pickup” and tap the “I’m Curbside” button in the “Your Order is Ready For Pickup” email; an associate will then be out with the order. The store is well‑stocked with a broad inventory of paper, ink, furniture, technology, cleaning and breakroom supplies. Prices are reasonable and the floor staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A first‑time visitor received a super kind sales rep who walked through the printing process, set up email notifications and ensured the job was correct. On‑the‑spot service meant the customer walked out in half an hour. Office Depot’s custom printing, shipping and tech support help customers save time and tackle tough challenges.
Both Alena and Dani at the Creedmoor Road store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me design and print a brochure. They explored with me options to reduce the cost. They were outstanding in customer service.

I had trouble in the print department....Michael was very knowledgeable and made my experience easier and less stressful...excellent job you are appreciated...the other print guy wasn't helpful at all and kinda pushed everything to the side....he should retrain under Michael.

They have the electric buggies, which makes it nice to shop when your legs aren’t working properly. They have a wide selection of furniture that you can actually see and touch.
