“Amazing Experience! This was my first time buying furniture and from the time my boyfriend and I walked in Chole was eager to help us. We were purchasing a mattress for our new apartment. Demi was also a big help in finalizing the purchase. Her personality was warm and friendly and it made me want to come back and shop for more furniture! Demi was able to get us a fresh mattress from the box instead of the display which really made me happy and valued. The mattress was so comfortable and it help us have a great night sleep. “A hidden gem! I was looking for an office chair for my mother, and the prices on Amazon and at other stores including Capital Discount Furniture were outrageous. I'm so glad I found Thrifty - the prices, value, and variety of the chairs were so impressive, I ended up getting an office chair for my mom and myself too! The total price for BOTH was LESS than what other stores charge for a SINGLE chair. The chairs are extremely comfortable and in fabulous condition. “One again kimbal‘s has come through for our family. This is the second time we have shopped at Kimbal‘s on new Bern Avenue. The Customer Service has been nothing short of amazing. You do have to sometimes be a little patient because they do get pretty busy at times but the end results is what really count we’ve made a purchase yesterday of a living room set earlier in the year, we purchased a dining room set and I could say that we’ve been nothing showed up happy with both purchases. My advice would be to check them out if you’re looking into purchase living room, bedroom, furniture in general go to Kimbal’s”
“Great experience working with the folks at Furnish to get our sofa. We went with the younger super chill, and we are sooo very happy with it. The process was very easy to navigate, and Jessica took time to help out with everything- from creating a floor plan to make sure it fit comfortably in our room, transparency with pricing and helped us pick a fabric we were happy with, and connecting us with the delivery team to make sure they could work with the size of our front door. The whole process was smooth and communication was excellent. Will definitely be shopping from here again. Also the piece is definitely high quality. Highly highly recommend.”

“This is a really delayed and long overdue review. I purchased my dining room table and chairs 12/6/2021. It was delivered 8/3/2022. That was the expected delivery date as this was a custom order built to my exact specifications at the Daniels Amish manufacturering headquarters in Ohio. I had already spent about a month visiting other local furniture retailers and all over the internet, to no avail, before visiting the Barstools & Dinettes showroom in Raleigh. I thought they only sold bar stools. I wanted a 37" x 48" solid wood table with a leaf and four chairs for my dining room area. That size was readily available as a counter height table but not as a dining room table. I was promptly and warmly greeted by Robin when I walked into the showroom. As fate would have it, we shared the same first name. No pressure. She allowed me to explore freely and she was available if I had any questions. When I approached Robin with my questions, she took me to school...... master class style! She's an expert. She provided a concise yet thorough education about solid woods. The main thing I learned was that heavyweight does not necessarily mean it's solid wood ?. Barstools & Dinettes offer a plethora of options. I was able to customize everything about my new dining room set....the wood type, wood stain, wood grain, wood finish, table style, table edges, chair style, chair leg style, chair leg edges, chair seat, chair backs, height of the chair backs. I was beyond satisfied and content after my shopping experience. I got EVERYTHING I wanted and MORE.The delivery team and set up experience was just as satisfying too.Robin, the delivery/set up team and Barstools & Dinettes far exceeded my every expectation.I absolutely LOVE my dining room table and chairs.”

“I can’t say anything bad about my experience. I bought a couch in 2022, which was supposed to arrive around August. It actually arrived in July, so I needed it to be stored. Long story short, it is May 2024 and they had no issue holding it for me. When I got the couch I barely remembered the design, but had no regrets. It is beautifully built, color and fabric are exactly what I envisioned, and it looked even better. To end this review, delivery was also spotless. They used booties and were polite and made sure I was happy with the position, changing it a couple of times. Super happy and would definitely recommend it.”
