The set up they have for the holidays is the worst ! You’re better off ordering online and shipping to your home. They allow 25 customers in the store with about 5 associates. You just stand around and wait to be called and then the rush you to hurry up and decide.

Rushed service, you wait to be called on by an “available “ associate which I get because it’s the holidays and there’s always a wait however I didn’t expect to be rushed and not be able to see what I was asking for after having waiting almost 30 minutes..wouldn’t recommend this particular store and won’t return.

Went in to exchange a bracelet that I cannot clasp myself and have never worn. Advised the sales rep that it was a sympathy gift from my brother’s passing in April with charms of his name and dates. Daniella refused to exchange it because it’s July and the 30 day exchange window passed. I told her the last thing on my mind was exchanging a bracelet. Alyssa, a manager, also refused sending me to a customer service number. Even the other customers were asking them to exchange it. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Last time I went to Pandora they told me that I was going to get 2 gifts. I got one. I went back today and I told them that I hadn't gotten my second gift. They told me, that I wasn't going to get the gift. I told them that a worker there specifically said I would. They told me "wait a few minutes" over and over again. 1 hour passed and I was still getting the same response. I asked them if I was still going to get my gift or not. They said no. I had waited an hour with horrible service and went out of that store without my second gift I was told I was going to get.

Normally I like all the staff at the Crabtree location fairly well. However recently the service has declined. On my visit 6/2 Ananeidis assisted with purchase two safety chains for my daughter at myself. The length of the visit was longer than necessary because of the length of her nails. She also failed to give me one of my charms back. I visited the store today 6/5 and the assistant store manager is telling me she can’t assist me until the store manager returns at the end of the week. I believe the first possible solution to my issue would be to check your stores inventory but the useless assistant manager is advising me that isn’t possible because the store manager isn’t there. At this point I’m prepare to return every I’ve purchased in the month of May because of Crabtree’s inability to resolve a customer issue.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. We saw the charms they had on display. We asked to see the other charms. They have several trays of they charms by theme under the counter but she would not show them. She said “tell me about your daughter” and she will present one to us. Then she kept pressing us to buy second charm but would let us just browse the available ones. It’s so weird. We easily would have bought one more if we could just see them.

Surprise at these reviews. Went in and knew exactly what I wanted. Gabriela helped me. Took no longer then 10 mins. It was definitely full but thankfully she had just finished with someone. Location looked clean and fully stocked. I just needed a bracelet. I'll be back soon. Went on a weekend the parking outside was nutty. Glad I wasn't driving that day. Whew

Waiting on a refund for a week now. Which should have just been an exchange but they charged me full instead of just subtracting the return amountThey never answer the phone, but when I waited in line for 30 minutes, the phone right on the kiosk in front of them and has a full inbox. Is it even the correct number on google?
