Dani at the Crabtree mall location was amazing. I had a terrible experience at the pandora in Winston Salem, but Dani turned my experience completely around and resolved my issue. Came in today to hopefully buy a replacement ring that had been lost years ago! Roel was able to find that ring for me and was beyond beyond helpful. We had an amazing experience and had all of our questions answered and more ! Thank you so so so much Roel ! I definitely will be back <3 :) <3
