Pelagic Beer and Wine is an adorable, super chill neighborhood bottle shop and hidden gem in the Oakwood/Mordecai area, northeast of downtown Raleigh. It is a small, homey, and wonderful spot to grab a drink and relax with friends. The store has a great and epic selection of beer, wine, seltzer, and non-alcoholic options in cans, bottles, and on tap. You can buy bottles for home or get a glass to stay. The bar staff is charming, knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing. There is a little patio outside with umbrellas and seating, and it is dog-friendly inside and out. It’s a perfect place for a casual afternoon drink or a good night, and a local favorite worth a stop.
Come here often and can't say enough good things about it! Great selection, fun atmosphere, and the best bartenders. The people working here go out of their way to make this place special and it shows. Between run club, book club, and just random Sundays hanging out, we can't beat this place!

I can't drink yet (13) but I always go with my dad to pick beer off the cover art (WHICH I DON'T DRINK)! The people are super nice and chill! My parents love Pelagic!😂😁😛
