“Sonny is a gem and always helpful in finding the best method to get a package to its location. A wealth of knowledge on the neighborhood and efficient at his job! Yes, they close at lunch, but postal workers need to eat too. Just plan accordingly and drop by before noon or after 1 p.m.”

“There only one older lady who’d been working there by herself for 3 days so far and yet was still super sweet! I think people are way too hard and impatient on the few people who work there.
It's not an easy job. When I tried applying there to help out USPS wasn't hiring.”

“I’d like to thank Regina at the U.S. Postal Service location on 2100 Lake Dam Rd. On July 18th, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while assisting me. Even though I needed help with a lot of basic steps, she stayed friendly and explained everything clearly — how to fill things out, how to pack the items, and what needed to be done. “This morning, when I was determining which USPS office I wanted to go, to I looked up the various ratings of those on ky way to work, I was already having a challenging day and did not want to deal with the attitude I sometimes encounter folks behind the counter. This post office had the highest rating so I selected it, and I was pleased. In fact I left in a better mood than I arrived in. The woman behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate that.”

“My five star review is simply because of Pri, who was absolutely amazing. Treating everyone with respect, getting through the long line with speed & accuracy, while still keeping track of who was in line first and who needs help. I came in first at around 10am to send my visa application and she helped me and explained the entire process, then came again at around 1pm and she was still there with the same smile on her face! Such a sweet lady & made my otherwise potentially intimidating visit a smooth & easy experience.”

“I empathize with the folks who work here. Most times I come they have decent customers. Polite understanding customers. The majority of the time the customers are rude and disrespectful. It's like they come wanting to anger the employees. Crazy.
The employees even apologize for the wait when I've hardly waited at all. They are understaffed and yet continue to smile. They explain things very well. I don't know how they stand dealing with the public.
Some people are hateful and negative wherever they go. I will be heading there again tomorrow and I hope the jerk customers are NOT!”

“I would like to leave a review for such an excellent service provided by you guys. Not only were my packages delivered to my doorstep due to lack of space in mailbox but they also made sure they were placed in a safe location.
This is one of the best usps customer experience I’ve ever had.
Wow! I just saw the mailman also left a candy cane on top of package, along with a doggy treat for Braxton heckler(my 1 year old chihuahua)
I don’t why that lady was complaining about the service. She must have been having a rough day. Some people think they are entitled and deserve a silver spoon.
I pray for her and that she may know that love and gratitude towards these hard workers are what they need. If it helps I can donate the candy cane and a bigger kitty litter mailbox .

“Service is good if you’re able to find it (around back of a church) and make it when they’re open (9-12 and 1-4 M-F). It is on a bus line (Route 16).
No post offices inside the beltline seem to be open on saturdays or have self-service kiosks, either of those would help those of us who live and work here tremendously!”
