Carrie has provided excellent service each time I worked with her. Very courteous! I also like the convenience of this location near the mall. I wish people would keep in mind the the post office workers do NOT set business hours for the office. Contact the postmaster to direct concerns appropriately.

How are NC USPS locations only open 6 1/2 hours and need to close for a 2 hour lunch break? Apparently, don't even attempt to come between 12-3pm, and they close at 4:30pm, so you might as well call it a day if you don't get there by 11am.

The staff are friendly and helpful,especially Michelle, and I've enjoyed using their services.
