Book this hotel almost last minute so we could go watch the Ranger/canes hockey game. Decently priced, great location, we walked to and from the game, staff was friendly and they have free breakfast in the morning. My husband and I sat out in the garden area before the game and had a drink in the lit gazebo after the game. Our room (141) was the last one down our hallway but the large doors leading to the parking lot and out in the garden area were very loud. We will stay here again for future trips to PNC Arena!!

Definitely a one night pit stop hotel. Run down, there were holes in my bedsheets, fine for a stop on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay here if you’re vacationing in the are. Terrible water pressure and the toilets barely flush. You can hear everytime someone on your floor opens a door- which all slam, and hear the convos in the hallways. So not a quiet place. Only bonus is it’s pet friendly but since you hear every sound your dogs are going to bark.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Raleigh for one night for the Dave Chapelle show 10/25/2023. Stayed in room 122 and woke up to being bitten by beg bugs!!! Refunding my money back doesn’t resolved this situation. I immediately went to the front desk and Craig told me we had to leave the hotel or stay in the room with the bed bugs. We felt dirty and humiliated cause Craig said we couldn’t stay in the lobby until management came and we wasn’t offered another room. He said our only option was to go to another hotel. Why would I leave this hotel that I paid for to go to another hotel? I have videos and pictures of the room with the bed bug in the sheets. I understand these things can happened but no one apologized and we are itching, swelling, red and painful bumps on our bodies. I’ve contacted customer service twice and my calls keep dropping. Please check your sheets before staying at this hotel.

The room-Strong order of Pine Sol, and dirty. The whole trim on the left side of the room was off, and mold was exposed ( with a hole in the drywall). The light switch to bathroom was sticky…,syrup maybe? The front door looked like someone tried to break-in, as chips of wood were missing. The rack in the bathroom had exposed screw, and was loose. Pillows were awful. So, I would recommend that you do not stay here!!!!

The night guy sleeps during work. I rang the bell and waited around for 10 minutes. He was 15 feet away but said I didn't ring it loud enough. He refused to make coffee at 430 am and said I have to wait until the breakfast guy comes in. We'll I need a job that pays me when sleeping and hitting a button for coffee is too much work. Awake 2 hours no coffee ANOYING AND LAZY. Yes he told me wait 2 hours so here is my review. Business trip NO COFFEE in the morning and I didn't ring the bell loud enough for 10 minutes to wake him up....LAZY might as well have no one there and save the hotel money 10/22 4:30 am

Today I had a racist encounter with two of the elderly white staff that were working the parking lot. I pull in where I dropped my daughter at the entrance to retrieve her paycheck. I pull over to park until she returns. She walks out reading her check and to no avail a old white Karen who clearly see her coming out of the Ramada. Walks up on her and starts questioning her as she is trying to get in the car so we can leave. She stated she has the right to question her because her boss told her to. I immediately used the most vial language possible. No person has the right to question someone because they feel as if they can. So the elderly white man comes out of his white truck and still does not think it was not appropriate for the woman to speak to my daughter. Even though she saw her come out of the Ramada entrance. The man clearly started trying to film my license plate and threatened to call the cops. I'm reaching out to Ramada inn as well as me and son 10k followers.

The property is a little dated, especially the hallways, but the beds were comfortable, the service was good, the breakfast was good, and the location to Carter Finley was great. We walked to the stadium and did not have to worry about parking passes.

I would not choose this hotel again nor would I recommend it. Customer service by the staff was the only plus of the stay. My room smelled awful, like dirty socks. The side door to the parking lot was unlocked, so anyone could enter the building without a key card. The fire alarm in the neighboring room was going off for 1-2 hours one night, and nothing was done to accommodate guests that were affected by the noise. The shower head was something out of the 1990s, so showering was not a pleasant experience. The room floor had food on it from a previous stay. I am not typically one to complain, especially about hotel stays, but this review is honestly needed to warn further guests.

I was at the Ramada Blue Ridge in Raleigh for an extended weekend for a reunion being held there. The staff is always fantastic. Cynthia, the manager, always looks out for us and makes certain that we have everything that we need to have a successful event. If this location remains a Ramada Inn after being rezoned, I would highly recommend staying there.

This hotel has it all staff is awesome our room was really nice with a little patio. Only thing I did not like is the fact there are no smoking rooms which is understandable due to people allergic to smoke they do however allow pets..that needs to be thought about due to the fact I'm allergic to dogs. Other than that it was

My only complaint is that each time, upon entering the room there was a chemically smell. This seemed to go away after a few minutes (or I became used to it.)However, everything else was immaculate! The cleanest coffee pot in my many hotels stays so far this year. The refrigerator was clean and cold. It even had a working freezer which I made use of. Even when I moved the comfort chair, I found no left behind surprises. I felt comfortable spending two nights there. Well done cleaning crew.

An older hotel but well maintained. I really enjoyed the older floor plan with little patios and balconies that you rarely see nowadays. Staff was nice. Very clean rooms, nice pool with little garden was super cute. The lounge/bar area was comfortable. Price was very fair and room was large. Great for a family. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: Nice size rooms! Comfortable beds, soft towels and very clean.

While visiting the Raleigh area my family and I stayed here. The hotel is very clean. The beds are super comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. They also offer a military discount which is a plus. We enjoyed breakfast each morning which offered a wide variety to choose from. The landscape in the courtyard is beautiful and the pool area is neatly kept. It is conveniently located near the downtown exit which makes it easy to visit all the local shops and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this hotel. 5?
