Outside looks a little run down but the inside is nice and clean. A little dated but for the price it's OK. Got a good breakfast that is included and it is in walking distance to the Levano and Carter Finley so you can park there for free if you are booked in a room.

Went for NC State game and it's close enough yo walk to the stadium. Room was comfortable, staff was nice.

The room was pretty decent but I had to take stairs. Due to the age of the building they have 1 old elevator in the very back of the long building. The room itself was clean and comfortable, just older. The location was excellent as it allowed me to walk to Carter-Finley Stadium for an event.
