I went to the North Hills Raleigh store to see if they could help me with a stuck zipper on my REI rain jacket. The checkout person told me to go to Doug. He was the miracle worker there. Great customer experience at REI in North Hills Raleigh. My recent experiences have been great. Today Tyler and Mike were very helpful. I had a return and purchased new cycling shoes.
