“I traveled to be fitted for a pair of tall boots, and unfortunately the boots that were shipped weren't quite the right fit for me. These things happen, and what really stood out was how incredible the customer service was.
When I contacted them, they responded quickly, were kind and understanding, and immediately offered solutions. When I decided I preferred to return the boots rather than try another pair, they sent a shipping label right away and processed my refund promptly.

“I really like this REI. My recent experience has been with the bike shop. Since joining over 10 years ago, this was my first bike experience and it did not disappoint. This shop is honest and informative. Before getting into cost, they review our Co-op bikes and let us know the potential problems. No push, no sales. They even diagnosed my child's Guardian bike and fixed in 20 mins as a last-minute ask before we left. I picked up our bikes after work in my work dress. The gentleman who worked on our bikes, helped me but the bikes on my bike rack. I was very grateful. This REI will be our family's shop.”

“Went to the store looking for something very specific and was amazed by how much equipment there was. I was looking for a very specific specked bicycle and was not upset they didn't have it. I have been looking for 3-4 weeks, what's one more day, right?
I was very impressed at the quality and quality of the used equipment I browsed through. Specifically Disc golf supplies and baseball bats. The place was really busy, the staff was swamped and I didn't have any questions. So I did not have an interaction with the staff.
I feel like I will be back the next time one of my children gets an itch to try a new sport.”
