3/2/24. Went into Sephora looking for item. The store was out of control. Sales clerks were busy however I tried to ask one of them to point me into direction of item and she ignored me twice. Tried another guy he said I am already helping someone. Sometimes it takes a multi tasker to work in these conditions. I found another clerk hiding from everyone. Everyone wonders why no one wants to shop, probably because you get bad customer service or none at all. Sephora, figure this out!!

Went to this location because online it said they had the lip gloss I wanted in stock. When I got there, the shelf was bare. I asked the associate for help, she called into the back and said they had a shipment of the lipgloss and would grab it. She told me it would be 10 minutes for them to get it. I waited for a bit and asked the associate to have them put it behind the counter and I would return in a bit to grab it. 20 minutes later I come back and asked the same associate if they put it behind the counter. She calls to the back for the 4th time just to tell me that they couldn’t reach the box??? So you have an item in stock but you aren’t willing to move boxes to help your customers. Store was a mess and I will not be going to this location when the village district location is much more organized with more helpful associates.

I was not happy with my shopping experience at this particular Sephora. Low stock, no birthday gifts. I returned my items and went to Ulta.

The staff here was incredible. Everyone spoke to myself and my fiance. The makeup selection is incredible especially that Rihanna Fenty.

On 9-14-23 I went to Sephora in crabtree to exchange a product that yes, I bought when I was in Oregon I often buy things and do not use right away.I went to use yesterday as needed and it wasn't working,The spray nozzle. I wanted to replace it and oh boy rhat wasn't an easy task. Not only would they not replace it the person that was helping me was extremely un professional!!! I didn't catch the name but they were a transgender woman & I don't appreciate being judged as in they were questioning the use of the productThey could have just openedand looked it was un used. So I didn't need to be questioned or judged .I will never enter your store again!!! I'm pretty sure you don't want to be judged either you know who you are!

Went in to look at some products today and was followed around by the workers and even heard one tell the other to “watch the girl over there” which they had absolutely 0 reason to think that I was stealing. Then I went to pay & had a cashier named Hillary who gave the worst attitude, and was just all around very rude. This location has the worst customer service, & the workers have no respect.

Came in just to get mascara today with my daughter and Frankie at the register was so nice and friendly. Such a delight to have great customer service when we go places and she was IT! Love her and we just met her!

The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to!! Junky, dirty, products all over the place. Don’t even get me started on their lazy staff. 10 people chatting when I asked them for help they just gave me a look like I’m bothering them. Their manager clearly doing something wrong.

I walked around this store for over 15mns before someone acknowledged and asked if I needed help. Ut was not busy (4 ppl?) And I counted atleast , what appeared to be, four employees.

As a middle aged grown trans-gender woman, I was shopping at my local Sephora for my friend's birthday get-together, and I wanted to grab her the Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 68 in the $38 version. While I was grabbing it from the rack I saw a sneaky teenage culprit switch out hers for the tester. BTW Sephora you can pull off the label that notifies the alarms by the door, and thats exactly what she did. Also they asked me at the checkout if anyone had helped me today and I was like "How am I supposed to remember some rando employees name?" I just wanted to let the world know that the new generation is full of thieves!

The store is so dirty. The testers are missing in several make up lines. The products are dusty and the store has major stock issues. They are always out of inventory so you are better off ordering online. They staff tells you to order online and they will ship for free because they don’t have inventory. I’m not wasting my time shopping in this store and going to Ulta because they have inventory and at least their store is clean and they have testers. This store is so filthy and unsanitary, I’m surprised they don’t get violations for it. Definitely not well managed and it’s shocking that corporate allows it to operate in this condition.

Yes it’s obvious that Sephora is expensive. But their customer service makes up for it. They are very helpful, understanding, and all resemble as experts in their store. Although it’s busy, they definitely know how to keep their lines moving.

Outstanding service! The team really treated me like they cared I feel valued at this store. My wife sent me in with specific needs and I was welcomed and helped and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Daljit was a standout. I feel like I've found a store I can feel comfortable going into.

I called this morning to ask about their return policy as the ilia products I bought were causing me to break out. I had given them a few months to see if it was me or the product itself. Anyway I called to ask if I can exchange for something else I didn’t even want a refund just a foundation that didn’t make me breakout. The girl on the phone told me 60 days for a refund and 90 days for store credit. I was at the 90 day mark so I drove 45 minutes and was told this is not the return policy by some he/she looking person who was disgustingly rude to me. The “manager” some blonde lady came over with an attitude and was mouthing off to me that her employees would never say that. I explained to her that I literally spoke to someone a few hours ago and they told me to come in. My fault I should have gotten the employees name. The manager is very unprofessional and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. I mean who can blame her she is a BIG SHOT MANAGER at Sephora lol. Definitely won’t be back at this location and get a real job if you want to act like a big shot manager and learn some manners girl!
