I received the BEST service i've EVER gotten by Brittany, She was very knowledgeable about each bed & its customizable sections. Way better than Fayetteville, she actually let us lay on each bed (no shoes). Very corporate ready. TEAM BRITTANY!

Several years ago I bought a sleep number bed and upholstered headboard and frame. At that time I was told there was a chip shortage and the remotes for not being manufactured but that I would receive one when they were available. Now I’m told that my $11,000 purchase did not include a $49 remote control.!!!!!!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Sleep Number Crabtree! During our first visit, Ben H assisted us. We tried out most of the beds in the store and Ben educated us on how to find our Sleep Number setting and the features of the beds we were interested in. Finding the right Sleep Number took some time, but Ben was patient and answered any questions we had. Ben was also conscious of our budget at did a great job at helping us find the bed that best fit our needs. Ben provided us with quotes for the two beds we were deciding between and reached out to us directly over the next few days to help us make an informed decision. When we decided which bed we wanted, we went back to the store and another employee (Beth I think, not 100% sure) let us try out the two beds we were deciding between and gave us even more helpful information and tips on how to get the most out of our bed. We also had the pleasure of working with Sariah H. Sariah helped guide us on what bedding to pick out based on our needs as well as helping us find the pillows we needed. Sariah went above and beyond to answer all of our questions in depth, make sure we knew exactly what we were purchasing and each price itemized before we paid. Sariah was super friendly and personable and very kindly packed all of our in-store purchased items for us. Sariah also helped us set up or sleep IQ accounts, choose a delivery date that worked for us and made sure we had all the information we needed. Everyone we encountered at this store when purchasing our bed went out of their way to make it an easy process. All of the employees mentioned in this review were extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional during our time in store. Never once did we feel rushed, ignored or pressured to make a purchase. Thanks to the entire team, we are looking forward to catching up on sleep! - Brayden & Chris

We walked into store with intentions of just walking through really quick before salesperson could stop us . We did get stopped by Beth and was not disappointed Beth was very informative and not to pushy . She went through everything with us from beds to pillows discussed temp control sheets . We walked away with all our questions answered . We knew it was s big purchase but also knew our sleep was important . We thought about it over the next few days and Beth reached out to see if we had any questions . The only question we had was where do we sign Beth was able to get our discounts to go through and hold off on delivery until our condo was ready . We will refer everyone we know to Beth at Crabtree mall who are interested in a sleep number bed . We have not slept on bed yet and cannot wait !

Great customer service and fantastic product! From the first store visit to the delivery of the mattress and base, the service received was wonderful. We took our time buying our mattress which entailed several visits to the store as well as several phone calls with questions. Each time we received accurate and complete answers to our questions and never felt pressured or bothersome. If you are looking to purchase a mattress we recommend going to Sleep Number at Crabtree Valley Mall!

My wife and I had a great experience at the Crabtree Mall store. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. Brandy walked us through the beds and helped us pick out the best bed for us. She is great and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this store!

Worst customer service ever! There’s an old red-head woman who made us EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We walk in and we wanted to know more about the mattresses and the features. She was extremely unfriendly. There was no hi or hello, how can I help you? She just stood there and stared at us. Clearly sucks at trying to make a sale. Then why work there if your not trying to make a sale? She just kept staring at us like she’s never seen colored people so she is most likely racist. She literally followed us and was glaring at us like we’re trying to steal a mattress it was ridiculous. Customer service plays a huge part in customers wanting to purchase. The lack of professionalism and customer service is disgusting. I wouldn’t buy anything from her, not even a bottle of water. If anyone needs a “better sleep” to wake up on a happier side it’s her. She probably sleeps on a sleep number when she really needs a tempur-pedic ;)

The customer service at this store is amazing, especially Beth. We had several questions about our new Sleep Number bed, and Beth answered them all. I would definitely advise customers to buy from this store.

Was there yesterday, Monday 10/17 between 3:45-4pm. As my husband and I walked in the male employee made eye contact but never acknowledged us. The female employee never looked our way and was deep in conversation with the other employee. We walked all the way from front to back and back to the front hanging out and looking at the glorious down/down alternative pillow all while never being acknowledged, I looked at my husband and said "they haven't even acknowledged us have they?" You see, I did not go to Crabtree for a mattress, we actually went to exchange costumes at Spirit Halloween. But, as we were walking back to our car I saw the store. I have woken up in pain almost every morning for probably over a year now. I guarantee had one of the employees talked with us we would have bought a mattress. I have been talking about a sleep number dual adjustable king size bed for quite sometime and now would be the time I would definitely buy one with my every day morning back issues! I can't imagine that they have a ton of sales on a daily basis, but I also can't imagine never even acknowledging a customer as they walk through the doors.

A truly informative and enjoyable experience. Our saleswoman had a true passion for her job and the product. Buying a mattress is not at the top of my 'fun things to do' list, but I was amazed and impressed with the company's professional and engagement.

We were very happy with our experience at the Raleigh Sleep Number store. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They wanted to make sure we selected the best sleep system for us. They took every precaution to keep us safe and to protect our privacy. The store was very clean and orderly.I have to say that we were quite disappointed to learn that our new bed would not be delivered until April! We were expecting it to be delivered in a few weeks. We understand that this cannot be helped. We are upgrading our current Sleep Number bed that we have had and loved for almost 20 years, and when we finally decided to upgrade, we were so excited to be getting our new bed, only to find out we have to wait over two months! It will be awesome when we do get it! We can hardly wait!
