Service out half the week every week, refuse to send technicians out again after one diagnosed issue as outside connection and setup at apartment building. Will not offer bill credits for multiple days documented with service out. Will harass with 10+ calls a day if you refuse to pay for their services not rendered.

The customer service agent at the toll free number says to take your box to the Spectrum store to return it. The moron there says just give me the remote and power cord that they will throw them away. I think she just likes to salvage the copper. Take the box to the UPS store. So I did their job for them and drove it over to UPS. Now you owe me for my time and gas money. I'm convinced that Spectrum is Evil maybe even the Devil. They don't care about you or anything to do with your life. Just want your money.

Hmm where do I start? Malfunction check-in iPad, or the one employee that seems not wanting to help? I’d waited over 45 minutes here to pick up my equipment. This store was short-staffed so one star isnt given based on wait time, it is soly based on the work ethic and attitude of the red hair associate that works here. She wandered around the store chatting, joking instead of offering to open one of the stations to help the queue of people that have been waiting in the store. When she finally stepped behind the stations, I was surprised bc i thought she wasnt allowed or supposed to help with customers! Why hadn’t her done that earlier to speed up the process? Not to mention the attitude at the end of service. This store now ranks highest on my list of retail stores that are worst to visit ever

I was the 3rd person to enter the store upon opening up this morning. I just went in to drop off a router that had been upgraded. Two people were ahead of me so I patiently signed into the iPad and waited my turn. Albeit they were assisting the two folks ahead of me who happened to be senior citizens (I had no problem with that). After 10 -15 minutes from what I noticed was that the associates were not able to resolve the issues and sent the frustrated customers away telling them to call a phone number instead. Then after that instead of calling me up next they called up the next two people in the store who did not even bother to sign in the stupid iPad to assist them. So instead of turning into a Karen I just upped and left the store.

My apartments is requiring an amenity’s package through Spectrum that you pay for regardless if you use it. I bundled my mobile to try to save money. They had me buy a new phone saying my old ones incompatible yet they said they partnered with Verizon (my old service provider). I bought a new phone and they sent me a defective phone that had volume issues to where you couldn’t make phone calls. I sent the phone back in the same condition as when I got it and in the original phone box. They are now saying it was scratched and graded by a third party. They refuse to provide information requested regarding the tracking of the phone from the time they got it( I know I didn’t do the scratches). After multiple escalation, fcc complaint, and terrible higher customer service I am still out the cost of which Spectrum calls half, when I return the phone. I would have kept the phone if it wasn’t defective and they take no accountability. Even charged a restocking fee for something you can’t tell us less you take the phone out of the box and use it. The call it a return when it’s a replacement for the damaged device they sent me, yet I’m the one charged for damages. The mobile service is also terrible, unreliable, and spotty. The internet modem always show connectivity issues. Don’t use Spectrum!

This store isn't even worth a one star. Percent the new modem in the mail hooked it up myself. Had some paperwork with it told me I could return the old one to the store. Got to the store. Waited there for an hour before someone would even speak to me because there was a line although they took other people that walked in front of me. And then was told I couldn't return my equipment there. I will be looking for a new service as soon as I get home. I know spectrum had bad customer service but this is beyond bad

Spectrum is a horrible service! They are always doing maintenance and at the worst time. It has disrupted my work frequently. The messed up part that the representatives say continuously, “ you employer must understand”. Spectrum, he would understand if it’s a rare maintenance, but this is done either once or 3xs a month.. they expect us to have reliable internet.. this company has been a nightmare. Oh and there internet shuts down spontaneously during the month which also affects you work.. sometimes I’m working online, and i experienced a random shut down and start up and my work was lost..

Hubs and I came in to switch our mobile service from Verizon. Miss Keisha helped us (hope I'm remembering her name right!). She was training a new employee but even so, the process was quick and easy. One of the other employees also helped me to get the code I needed to port our numbers. This store is neat and clean and everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. I would recommend making an appointment. We did, but when we got there we were the only customers there. Still, it's better to have an appointment and not need one than stand in a line! Would def recommend this store if you need to get something done with Spectrum.

Not a good experience. When you speak to Spectrum customer service, they advise that you can return your equipment to this location. The reps here will not accept it. They tell you to go to UPS. This is bad, just because that is the preferred method, the store should not turn you away especially when customer service tells you to go to this location.
