It’s fun due to the variety, spin has always been a challenge but it makes it way more enjoyable to have only a block of the class for it. Love strength training and yoga!

1st timer here. Class was great. Kinsey explained everything to me very clearly upon arrival and got my cycle fitted just right for me. Highly recommend everyone give it a shot regardless of fitness level. You will be in a fun, judgment free zone.
