“I’ve only been doing CrossFit for about 3 weeks, but my experience has been fantastic so far. Coaches Cornelius and Travis have been incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive from day one. As someone new to CrossFit, I appreciated how they took the time to explain movements, focus on proper technique, and make sure I felt comfortable during workouts.”
“I had my first class at this location and loved the experience. The vibes and atmosphere are both excellent! Kitt Smith was the instructor and she was awesome. Great session and an even better mood to close out my day.”

“I have had an awesome experience these last few months at this F45 location. Despite working with hundreds of other clients, each of the coaching staff go out of there way to build a connection with you yet are still able to keep the classes focused and swift, as is prescribed. I can't speak to the cardio or HYROX training, but the strength workouts have been exactly what I'm looking for - full body and easily adaptable to how I'm feeling that day. I would highly recommend this F45 studio to anyone looking for a guided, yet individual fitness class with supportive staff and fun community events.”

“I absolutely love this place!
24hr access. I can take a class at my own pace or come in when a trainer is scheduled. I can't say enough good things about the atmosphere and people.
C'mon in, you'll be glad you did!”
“Love this studio! I found F45 through Class Pass and ended up joining as an unlimited member. The workouts are tough but the coaches, members, energy, and all the vibes make it easy to come regularly without regret. If circuit training is new to you, the first class may be a little overwhelming but the coaches and other members are always there to help support you and as you keep coming, you start to see a lot of the same movements and feel more comfortable with your form and weights. Definitely recommend this studio for women who are trying to get into strength training but don't know where to start - we are here for you!”

“Being new in town, I wanted to find a place to work out, and this gym turned out to be a solid choice. Signing up was simple, and the staff were welcoming, taking time to show me around the equipment and facilities. The gym was clean, organized, and had everything I needed for a good workout. Even as a newcomer, I didn’t feel out of place, the atmosphere was friendly and motivating. For a traveler looking to stay active while settling in, this was exactly the kind of place I needed”

“I am in town traveling, staying in the Cary area, i went to a couple of AF’s in the area, but this one is by far the best one I’ve been too. The owner Mike and the trainers are amazing! The facility is clean and great equipment, and plenty of room! If they don’t have what you need to do a certain excercise, the trainers, especially Wendy, are more than willing to help you find a substitute and do it correctly!! I have to drive like 20 minutes to get there but it is so worth the drive!! Thanks for making me feel at home away from my home gym! You guys rock!”

“I took a beginner aerial silks class today!! It was so fun! 😊 I have absolute zero experience with any aerial exercises. This class was challenging enough to be interesting but not so challenging that it was too hard. The instructor was very kind and even took a video of me. I totally recommend this class to anyone who's a beginner and wants to try something new! I would love to come back.”
“Regarding the North Ridge Facility Gym, the cleanliness of the facility is commendable. However, the instructor’s behavior has been a source of concern for many members. The main room is excessively hot, despite the presence of sufficient fans to mitigate the heat.
One particular incident involved a trainer named Joanna W. She teaches Sunday Body Balance classes immediately following Body Combat classes, which are held in the same room. The room’s temperature became unbearably high, prompting Joanna W. to immediately turn off all fans and close the doors. This room lacks an air conditioning system.
I requested that one fan facing me be kept on at a low speed until I had cooled down. However, Joanna W. refused my request, making derogatory remarks about the cost of hot yoga and implying that the fans were provided for free. Consequently, she was unable to hear the music.
It is important to note that individuals visit the gym for various reasons, and their experiences may vary.
Instructors should focus on the exercise rather than the music playlist.”

“This place is special. I moved to Raleigh about 8 months ago and immediately found my CrossFit family at 12th State. The coaching is incredible, extremely knowledgeable, and they truly care about your fitness and your progress. The community is one of the most uplifting ones I’ve been a part of. They are all full of support, care and just good frickin people. I’ve been around the block with CrossFit gyms, this one is top tier.”

“I started at MAD in Charlotte and have been with the Raleigh team since 2023? Truly the best group of people. They don’t just speed through workouts and genuinely want you to succeed and be safe with form and technique. I’ve never felt stronger in any other type of group class. They were there for me through pregnancy and postpartum. Major bonus is all their playlists are fire. And their trainers are amazing. I’ll always come back to MAD!”
“I joined Burn Boot Camp a little over a month. It was a great decision. I try to go 3 to 4 times a week. I find the workouts challenging but doable. There is always a modification that works for me. The instructors are great. I find everyone very warm and welcoming.”

“The staff here is next-level at caring for their members. Whether it’s helping to carry in my infants in car seats, or spending extra time after camp to answer questions about proper form, or even the head trainer MaryLou GOING BACK TO HER HOUSE TO BRING ME HER OWN SHOES TO BORROW when I forgot mine after carting my young kids to camp…this team knows how to go the extra mile to support those who walk in the door. You won’t find another gym that cares this much!”

“Was looking around for a gym to join and read someone commented here on google that the company requires a bank account for drafting $$ from customers (THANK YOU random reviewers!). Called in and confirmed it and it is an apparently required policy!! Alarming for me and Strange indeed (deal breaker for me :-D ) Can't comment anything else in the gym or anything else (phone call was picked up pretty quickly which is good)”

“BEST GYM EVER! Before joining LFW I searched for weeks for an affordable, womens-only gym that offered a variety of classes. This gym meets and exceeds all my expectations. All the instructors are wonderful and they make class fun while also making sure each member has correct form. I have learned so much at LFW, and I hope to be a member for life! They also offer a virtual-only membership which is super helpful for those who travel a lot or work alternate schedules.”

“Just did a drop in with a little bit of CrossFit experience. John was the coach and did an excellent job of making sure I knew what was happening and giving me modifications for things I was unable to do. Abbey was another coach who joined the workout and was also very welcoming and made the check-in process easy. The whole environment was very friendly and by far the best gym I’ve been to this year.”

“I can’t recommend Dino enough. As a physician, I’m especially mindful about who I trust with my body—particularly after recovering from foot surgery. Dino has been instrumental in helping me improve my gait and balance in a safe, progressive way.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and what stands out most is how thoughtfully he approaches each session. He knows how to build strength without pushing you into injury, which is so important during recovery.
If you’re healing from surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or simply want to get stronger without hurting yourself, I would highly recommend working with him.”
“I joined Triangle CrossFit a few months ago, after visiting a couple other CrossFit gyms in the area. TCF was hands down the best experience I had from the moment I walked through the door. Joe walked me through how the workouts flow and got me familiar with the basic movements. He assessed my fitness and provided useful feedback. The biggest factor at TCF is the culture, you are family. Everyone encourages everyone and it’s always a great workout. If you’re the type of person who is apprehensive about joining a gym this is the place for you. They will take away the “gym fear” and get you on the road to your fitness and health goals.”
