“I've been a regular for a little over a year, flower is my go to there. So let's talk about customer service, in the beginning it was hit or miss. They had this one associate Reagan, she was terrible had to catch her in a good mood to get good service. But she has since parted from the store, her replacement Genn(I think thats the spelling) night and day difference. Every week im in about 3 times a week, she is the best replacement that could've happened! She's extremely upbeat and is always smiling and also she's extremely professional and even provides great insight on products that make it difficult to make a decision. She'll say this is my experience and it really adds to the personal experience and I'm always happy with my purchases. Rapport building skills are off the chain! She is an absolute gem and makes the store feel like a home away from home. Keep her! She is an amazing associate and has real potential to help grow the store! Any company will be lucky to have her! I will remain loyal to esmoke as long as she is part of the company!”

“Better prices than the competitor smoke shop in the Food Lion shopping center behind Sheetz. I am also a fan of the rewards program they set up. It is nice to have that extra incentive to shop here. The staff is friendly but most importantly they are professional. Professionalism is a rare quality in the young kids these days. They also have a nice variety of energy drinks as well. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.”

I bought a few ounces of a house blend and found it to be as high a quality smoke as any I’ve ever sampled. They don’t have their own parking but it shouldn’t be too hard to find somewhere close by. It’s worth a stop if you’re in the area.”

I have been buying kratom in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Garner for over 2 years and tried over 100 different kinds (including some I bought on the internet. This store has the best pricing and the strongest brand of Kratom I have ever tried. The bag says "OK (Organic Kratom)" on it. Don't knock it til you try it. Also, the staff are very nice.”
“Smaller shop but still a great selection of hard to find cigarettes. Staff is great and always ready to help. They will order in higher-end cigarettes (made domestic or abroad) if requested. Vapes, mods and e-juice selection is getting better, but still not on par with other similar shops. Prices however, are extremely competitive and in most cases, the best you will find. Standard selection of drug paraphernalia (glass pipes, bongs...etc.) I'd say. Not my thing tho. All in all, nice little shop.”
