First, the dispatch let me know that I was slightly outside of their typical service area and kindly recommended other tow services that she knew was closer to my location. After learning that the other tow services were going to charge me more and make me wait longer for the pickup, I called Dean's back.
Mr. Lee showed up very quickly after I provided my location and proceeded to load my car onto the tow truck bed with efficiency and care. Apart from the circumstances, it was a treat to ride to the destination with Mr. Lee, hear stories from his extensive career, and muse about the causes of my car's latest temper tantrum. When we arrived at the destination, Mr. Lee unloaded my car with the same attention to detail and and efficiency with which he had loaded it. It gave me the feeling that this is how Mr. Lee would load his own car onto a tow truck if he had to.
I could not have asked for more and if I find myself in need of a tow service again, I'll be calling Dean's Wrecker Service.”

But from a property management perspective if cars are parked in a HOA community that should not be in a location for any given reason, Ace is quick to go tag the cars with appropriate notice and return for the appropriate towing. Morgan is my contact, and she replies immediately to any message or call. Morgan has worked with me multiple times to coordinate paving project towing needs as well, to ensure that preplanned projects go smoothly after notice has been given to the community. I have no reason to not highly recommend Ace for any HOA community towing needs.”

“Took a star off because their guy towed my car 11 miles with the parking brake on, but once i voiced my complaint i could have been happier. They worked around my schedule and offered to take a look at everything. The mechanic was nice, brought me to the back and pointed out where any wear was. He also had already ordered brake shoes in case mine were burnt out. I know how to replace my brake shoes on my sentra so i already knew what i was looking at, so it helped me realize this guy was actually trying to help and wasnt at all shady. He then told me to come right back if there was something missed or if the car starts driving wierd. The brake shoes were not worn and the car looked normal and has been driving fine since. Way to pick up the ball UR!”
