I called no less than seven tow truck companies, and they would not help me with a roadside service.Until I called and spoke with Melinda in the office and I told her my dilemma which my dilemma was my Dodge ram 2500 with 40 foot gooseneck trailer had a flat and my socket was not big enough to fit the lug on the trailer. He also was more than extremely fair on his charge to me.This is a company that truly cared about me My problem and helped me solve it quickly, efficiently and ethically I will keep his business card in my truck. “Drove from Wilmington helping a friend recover his father's Truck from impound. Both battery's were dead. Everyone went above and beyond to help! Finally got the Truck running with about 30 minutes of effort. The person who helped us was empathetic to the situation, patient, eager to help, almost intimidating with her mechanical knowledge, even more skilled with her common sense approach. The mind-blowing experience for me, is that she is Athletic and looked more like a college cheerleader. IF I LIVED IN the area, I would probably have my vehicle towed regularly just watch her work!
