I am so, so grateful my laptop is working again. I was quoted $550 but they matched my lowest quote of $499 for the screen and ribbon replacement. I haven’t used my computer in over a year and it feels brand new now. Thank you ubreakifix - and Ayla especially! she was my favorite.

They did a good job. However, they texted me when my phone was ready but they had my phone. I received me phone back with no juice/power. In order to know my phone was fixed, it needs power. I would recommend that they charge your phone a bit before returning to you. Otherwise, good job!

Josh is so super amazing - he should wear a cape!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, informative, friendly & polite. Remedied a BIG issue with my phone in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!!
