They provide awesome recommendations, take time to guide customers, and remember returning visitors. The stock continually changes and they are happy to order specific books. The store is nicely organized and sometimes has deals like buy three get one free. Customers describe it as the place to go and could not have asked for a better experience, recommending the store highly.

    This is my special needs favorite store to visit when we come to the Raleigh area. The staff are always so kind and engaging with her and she is able to talk about her favorite shows and comics. Thank you for making her feel included

    I have had a great experience in this store every time I go in. I had a good conversation with the manager there today, we were talking about posters and manga and other things. I absolutely love the anime poster selection here, as long as new posters come in I will keep coming back!
