I came into the ups store to ship out some packages. I was greeted by 3 wonderful ladies. Ari,Ivy, & kells. They made my shipment so easy & can definitely make you laugh while doing it. Very efficient! Thank you again ladies!

Some staff are fantastic, others are downright terrible. If the owner is reading this, you are losing business because you have people that don’t care about your customers working for you. I’ll keep coming for the convenience but the staff situation is extremely off putting.

I think robots would be better at this location. The times I’ve gone majority of the staff lacks ANY customer service. I won’t say all, but they just don’t seem like they want to be there or that we (customers) are an inconvenience to them. It’s just surprising that they would want to work at a place that’s customer facing - back room would be better for them.

Had to return Amazon package. I didn’t know what to do. Man at counter was nonverbally rude. Man made a huff sound. Leaned on counter and pointed at business card. These words were monotone voice. I left store with package.
Don’t like helping people then get a different job.

I needed help sending a package to my brother and wasn’t quite sure what size box I needed and how to package it properly but the gorgeous woman ivy and her coworker Sophia definitely looked out tho fr much appreciated highly recommend this store to anyone

Ivy and sophia were the most kind people today! i had an absolutely terrible day and was so stressed about this package and they helped me figure everything out and made me laugh in midst of it!! definitely amazing customer service to the max!! need to be the face of ups lol thank you ladies so much

I can’t express my gratitude. It’s so hard to find good help nowadays and the professionalism and efficiency of the workers were simply amazing. I’d like to put the spotlight on one employee. She said she was the manager and honestly the way she worked and cared for each person I can see this store made the right choice. Ivy did a stellar job, amongst irate customers or downright foolishness she held her composure and got the job done. I would recommend doing business here and if you get to deal with Ivy be glad because she seems to actually care about her job!!

Caught an associate THROWING packages into the sorting boxes up front without a care in the world as if they were playing basketball. Big no no, I will not be retuning to this location, and my trust in UPS has eroded due to witnessing this.

I usually go to another store on six forks but they are in the middle of a move and didn’t have internet when I went in there. I went to this location and was surprised and happy to see the former manager from the other location there. She was always so helpful and friendly whenever I came in. I’m glad to see she’s at a better location. She is so welcoming and was always willing to help me with my returns and always went above and beyond. I will just come to this location from now on now since it’s in between where I live and a familiar face is there who I know is always friendly and provides excellent customer service.
