All I could talk to was a machine who could not understand the tracking number I repeatedly gave it. Refused to let me speak to a person.

Delivery person deliver an opened box with items stolen out of it and taped back up. Dispatch never called me back. really it's ok for ups to steal now. I have it all on ring camera the delivery and the driver taking a picture of the opened tapped up box.
