Jessica was the nicest lady. She provided me with excellent customer service by going above and beyond by trying to assist me. She went to the website to try to confirm the fax number for the company. I was unable to fax the documents, but I appreciated the service I received. Thank you, Jessica.

Lack luster customer services and NOW all of sudden you have to have a mail box there to receive mail . It’s funny I just gotten mail normally just a couple of months prior . Nevertheless my package has went missing and they’re telling me “ they gave it back to the driver “ In which I haven’t gotten any update from FedEx or anything. I figured if it was sent back I would’ve gotten a notification and I DID NOT . The employees there act like they are completely OBLIVIOUS to any concerns I had. Outside of the store feeling like it doesn’t have a roof and the sun is beaming In the store , this store IS PATHETIC AND JUST NEEDS TO CLOSE . ESPECIALLY IF THE EMPLOYEES CANT DO THERE JOB IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER .

Service is great but its unbearably hot inside, the workers look like they've just stepped out of a sauna. At first coming in from outside it feels a little better with all their fans running, but quickly that fades and the muggy heat sets in and its miserable. I only had to stand in line and do a few amazon returns. I can't imagine working like this.

The heat in this place was INSANE! It's like there's not even any AC in the whole building. On my way out I swear that the thermostat said 90! It doesn't take a genius (Much like myself) to know that a temperature like that can be outright deadly! I'm terribly dissapointed in the condition this store was in and I think I'd rather be stuck in the middle of a lava level with no fire resistance potions than go back to this place!

I cannot express how wonderful this team in Brier Creek is. I came in with an issue due to a return from a company that wasn’t being helpful. I was close to tears, these guys stuck with me. They went above and beyond to make sure something that wasn’t their issue was resolved. Way above and beyond. I am very thankful.

Great people. Great customer service, and now - even great music. Regardless of the number of Amazon packages I bring in, the team always makes the returns a seamless process. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great store!

Dicey customer service. I’m visually impaired and was given a nasty look when I asked for assistance on getting my shipping envelope. Very disappointed as use their service fairly often.
