The UPS Store in Brier Creek is locally owned and operated, offering packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, mailbox services, notary, shredding, and faxing. The team provides great, wonderful, and efficient customer service. They are very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to resolve issues, even those not their own, and make processes like Amazon returns seamless. The whole team works together wonderfully, pitching in to complete last-minute jobs like printing and binding quickly. However, the store can be unbearably hot and muggy inside, which is miserable. Despite this, customers express great thankfulness for the excellent service and would not go anywhere else.
When I say, I had a great experience from these guys from getting my lost purse from the airport that I lost and shipping them to me they answered all my questions and we’re just great all around thanks guys!!

I had a great experience at this UPS Store in Brier Creek area. Worked with a very nice lady who helped me get package on truck before close. . Package even arrived out-of- state to my Grandchildren one day early. Big smiles!! Thank you much. Will return to this location. Great hours too.

Veronica helped me - by phone- to do all that I needed done in order to get my mother in laws iPad returned to her. I very much appreciate all the time Veronica took to help me - otherwise I would not have known how to do it.
