Now the second time I have purchased a phone outright and brought it in to find out Verizon has associated the phone to a promotion where I now have to prove I purchased the phone separately.It used to be that I at least got superior service for having to put up with this. Now service is spotty in Durham... I'm told it is because that there is so much coverage that the phone is switching towers too frequently.The reason I am posting this to this store is both accounts were set up here, and when I try to get something fixed on the account I am told I need to call into the Verizon Business line.Looking forward to ending our service with Verizon.

We foolishly bought into the ad seduction of TMobile after over a decade and a half of good service from Verizon. When we realized quickly what a mistake we had made, we went to Verizon at 8311 Brier Creek Parkway. We were warmly received by the amazing team that makes up this place without judgment! The associate who assisted us was a lovely young professional, Angelique Giannakopoulos. She got right onto redirecting our service back to Verizon and it was a mammoth task. Angelique was a woman warrior for us. She stayed positive and worked through all the hoops to unravel the mess we got ourselves into. Only after she had unraveled and reinstated our mess did Angelique thank us for working with her as she learned how to do a reinstatement! It was her first and she was flawless!While watching her work, we had a bit of time to observe the entire business operation. The flow and vibe of this business was amazing! Busy or not, the efficiency and camaraderie flowed smoothly and evenly.I have put together teams and I know how to evaluate and appreciate team effectiveness. This team worked in a graceful yet highly effective way and defines the "There is no "I" in team." concept.Impressed, for my intended review, I requested the names of those "boots on the ground" who were making this possible. The manager is Lakesha Jackson. The marvelous attitude and atmosphere of the place starts with her! The other management assistant, I observed and appreciated was Kathy Freehand. Gorgeous lady! These ladies may not be the only ones responsible for creating the magic of a near perfect operation, but they are both in management and are the ones I observed. There's a bunch of warmth in the staff and it extends to the customers. Never before have I described any business as truly MAGIC . . . until now.

After over 18 years with Sprint (now T-Mobile) and being unable to get the phone service I needed where I work and travel, I decided to switch to Verizon. The sales associate, Robert, was very helpful and patient. Chandra, the manager, was helpful and knowledgeable as well. Took a little time to get things switched over and data transferred to a new phone, but totally happy with the service I received today in the Brier Creek store.

I went in today to upgrade a few phones. I walked in with another couple who were greeted right away and taken to the table. No one including the girl who grabbed the couple in front of me acknowledged me. I stood around waiting for someone to become free. I made eye contact with several employees so I know they saw me standing there. Another customer walked in and stood not far from me. An employee became free and he walked over to the lady that came in at least ten or more minutes after me and asked if she needed help (after we made eye contact at least twice before she came in). It's their loss as she only had questions about her bill and I was purchasing two phones. I hope they make commission because the very nice employees at the Verizon in Morrisville who not only acknowledged everyone coming in, definitely deserve the commission that the employees missed out on at this particular store.
