I read the reviews after I had already order a laptop so I decided to cancel my order and just buy a laptop from Apple directly and they cancelled it within 24 hrs after I sent the email. I'm going to also opt out of the book program because I know I'm terrible at returning things.

The store is really small and the lines are always long but the staff is very helpful. I rarely have issues at this location.
