Walgreens Pharmacy is known for its caring staff, particularly a pharmacist who takes the time to explain options and side effects of medications, such as sinus relief medicine. However, customers have experienced issues with the phone system, encountering long hold times and disconnections when trying to reach the pharmacy. Despite these challenges, once customers arrive in person, they find the staff to be helpful, even during busy times.

The pharmacist went out of his way to explain all the different options and side effects for generic sinus relief medicine. It's encouraging to see someone who cares about what they do and tries to teach the public about it.

Excellent staff. The pharmacist here are wonderful and patient with your questions. They never mess up my prescription orders and are timely in there fillings. Not sure why they have low stars. I have been going here for years and never had any complaints on staff. :)
