This place has had issues for years (they seem chronically understaffed) but they’re usually sufficiently competent and respectful. Now there’s a particular person there who interrupts you before you can say what you need to say, then acts like you’re being difficult when you try to correct her misunderstanding (in vain, because you’re still being interrupted). This has happened more than once and the supervisor (who shouldn’t be required for something this simple) assumes you’re some high-maintenance idiot and harps on the same absurd misunderstanding that could’ve been avoided if either of them listened for more than 10 seconds.In case you’re wondering, I just wanted to know if the reason they hadn’t filled a prescription was a) they hadn’t received it at all from my doctor (who insists it has been sent) or b) insurance wasn’t covering it (as the automated walgreens text update implies, saying ‘pre-approval’ is required) Simple, right? Either answer would be fine, I just wanted to know, so I could deal with it. Instead they keep repeating this patronizing explanation about how you have a prescription - they wish they could just give you the drugs but, gosh-darn it, they can’t. I said I would check with my doctor again (for the 4th time) and, sure enough, it was sent. It might not be Walgreens’ fault that they’re not seeing it, but it’s hard to see how I’ll figure out the issue if they can’t get as far as listening to the above question because they’re too busy explaining the facts of life (that prescription drugs require prescriptions). Anyway, it’s probably a stressful job and I can sympathize, but still.

No one anywhere should shop or get Rx's at ANY walgreens!! They feel that they have the right to get involved in people's health and they DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE HEALTH DECISIONS FOR YOU BASED ON THIER "BELIEFS"

I tried to call to ask a question about my appointment and got a corporate line after battling with the robot rep. The real rep redirected my call to this location. I listened to on hold music for about 6 minutes and then it started ringing- which it did for about 6 minutes, and then the call hung up. Do you all not take calls?That said- when I arrived, they said they had been very busy and were helpful.

Absolutely horrible....if crackhead pharmacy techs had a face, it would be this Walgreens. They lose prescriptions, won't pick up the phone and when they do, they have a straight up attitude like customers are bothering them. If you need your vitamins filled, they're qualified to do that, but God forbid if you ask them to fill a life threatening drug, like for diabetes or hypertension. YOURE @#$@×!...R.I.P..

Pharmacy assistant was incredibly rude to both customers and her fellow staff. Wiped her nose while handling my transaction. All masks in pharmacy on chins or hanging on ears.

Staff seem to intentionally refuse to answer the phone, and prescription filling is always late.

Often very disappointing photo service. They forget to do my "same day" photo orders sometimes until I show up looking for it. Their services take forever. They recklessly handle my products, ripped my poster board once after I waited an hour in store for them to finish it. They don't call me (like they're supposed to) when they cannot make my order, so I don't find out they're out of stock until I show up at the store. They forget to give envelopes when I order customized cards. The quality is often not as shown online. It's just disappointing. Sometimes they're okay though.

Excellent staff. The pharmacist here are wonderful and patient with your questions. They never mess up my prescription orders and are timely in there fillings. Not sure why they have low stars. I have been going here for years and never had any complaints on staff. :)

Just go to CVS. They don't answer the phone or communicate when your prescription is done. They take 45 minutes just to get you your prescription. Waste of time.
