Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that can actually help you troubleshoot problems. On multiple occasions they have pointed me to simple solutions that the internet failed to provide to issues from stripped dry wall anchors to plumbing concerns etc. Really appreciate the staff and clean store.

Employees are amazingly friendly and honest. If they don't know an answer for you, they'll try to find someone who does, or they'll use the good old Google to help out where they can.
