“This place is a nice ethnic store in the neighborhood where you can find plenty of food and items you can't find in a regular grocery store. They have a meat counter in the back where you can get fresh meat and fish cut how you want. There are tropical fruits and vegetables fresh brought in regularly. They employees are friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. Always a pleasant experience!”
“Today I was in the store and I was amazed on how helpful you was when I was trying to find some fudge. You went the extra step to help me find some. But you even called another employee but no luck finding any. But I really appreciated your help and time out of what you were doing to help me. I have to say all the employees there that I have spoken with are really nice and helpful. “In response to the negative review from 2 days ago, this reviewer has misunderstood the situations. The pumps were not able to read over $4/gallon and therefore to continue to serve customers a sign was posted that the price shown was per 1/2 gallon....And no one was ever charged $8.80/gallon. The store owner has integrity and would never price gouge. He actually kept prices under $4/gallon after most had gone well above that. The pumps now have new parts, are fixed & ready to serve customers.”

“This is the cleanest, organized DG in Rockingham County, mostly due to proper management and excellent employees. Everyone here are always soooooo friendly, especially the cashier Darlene, she makes every customer feel welcomed. This DG is pretty well stocked, if you don’t see what you need, they’re always willing to run to the back to see if there’s extra whatever item you are looking for. If this store sold a small variety of produce, such as bananas or tomatoes like their sister store down the road, it’ll be perfect. I shop here every other week. Keep up the good work!”

“We are fairly new to the area, and this is the closest grocery store to our house. It is also next to the CVS my girlfriend uses. That being said, they do have a good selection of products and reasonable weekly specials. Their prices overall aren't too bad (inflation not withstanding), compared to other local chains like Lowe's Foods and Harris Teeter. Staff is usually very friendly, and there's typically an electric cart available should one of us be having a bad day. (unlike Walmart) Of course they have a rewards card, with an app, which I am still learning.”

“Ordered online and picked up curbside. They were very busy but I didn't have to wait long. Employee was friendly and packed my items neatly even though he was very cold...OK this time went in for a few things, I am an amputee and have a knee scooter, instead of using the handicap carts I hang my reusable grocery bags on my handlebars...used self checkout and got accused of stealing cuz I bag things in between ringing all my stuff up. Had to have employee come over first cuz I accidentally rung something 2wice. She got mad cuz she had to get off her phone to help me, so she ran the tape back on register just to see that I hadn't. I offered her to look through my bags, but she couldn't wait to get back to her phone....Walmart ought to hire people with manners and have a better rule about cell phone use and their employees.”

“Love it. Always has what we are looking for. Prices are very reasonable. One of the cleanest Wal-Mart's we have been to. Friendly employees and customer service. Only.problem is my daughter was trying on clothes and a worker walked in on her as well as someone else who was trying on clothes. They used their key even though my daughter spoke up that she was in there.”
