Customer feel the employees are like neighbors helping out. Lowe’s has always gone above with awesome service and helpful advice for projects and problems. Many people say the employees is the best and the service is great. The vacuum outside works 24/7 and is brand new. Lowe’s offer lots of products, gardening supplies, appliances, paint colors, patio furniture and more. Many see downhill and say service is not like friendly before but many still recommend the Reidsville Lowe’s for home improvement.

Their customer service was amazing!! I seldom see workers who ask if you need assistance. Every employee we saw asked us. I used to work in public. Customer service is huge to me. You guys rock!!
