Had to go and get a Submergeable pump for my sister, and it took a different person to help us bc the older guy wasn't helpful, but he was hateful. But anyways the other guy helped us get everything we needed

I would like to take the time out to thank "Heather." She was a great help. She stayed around and made sure we had everything we needed to complete our home project. Bought a new ceiling fan. Returned home to install just to find all the parts aren't in the box. Go back to lowes customer service, and they tell me I can't exchange. But they will refund my money and I will have to purchase another. So not only will they inconvenience me once but they are going to take my money twice? I'm not going to pay $320 today for a $160 ceiling fan that may not have all the parts again. The ceiling fan was returned and I will drive 30 min to home depot for better customer service.

The assistant manager Nick is great but most employees are annoyed to help. One normally treats me like an idiot any time I ask questions and suggests that I just rig my repairs since I don’t know what I’m doing. We ordered several appliances and set a delivery date since we would be out of town but the appliances showed up whenever, one being 3 weeks late. I asked about the delivery date in store and was told there’s no point in choosing a date because the items are sent out from the manufacturer when they choose. So why be given an option? 2/3 appliances needed to be returned due to damage. We were told to make sure we buy the warranty because lowes sells low quality appliances that will not last long. If I am spending an outrageous price on appliances why doesn’t lowes back the products they sell instead of charging me for it? After spending thousands and thousands of dollars here remodeling my house I would rather drive 30 minutes to Greensboro Home Depot than 5 minutes to Lowe’s.

The customer service could be much better. Otherwise, you can get pretty much what you're looking for. You can't get anyone to help you when you need it. The customer service still needs to be improved upon. No one wants to try and help you. It seems that all they want to do is put up stock. Store seems to be somewhat cleaner, but it's still hard to find someone wanting to help you.

No full service registers open as usual. Lots of help in the building. They didn't seem to have any interest in helping customers just talking to each other. But they did have what I was looking for just had to find it on my own.
