“Adeleh was so great! She found us the best deal and our bill was reduced when we came in to trade our phones and update our plan. She was very responsive to any questions we had after leaving the store. We had a major issue with the Disney Bundle and she tried to work through this with us via texts but could not resolve it. She offered for us to come to the store so that she could work on this further. I ended up trying to call Verizon tech support as it sounded like it was going to be a complicated issue. It has , in fact , been a complicated issue. I had to call both Disney and Verizon I.T. to try and get this resolved. I ended up on a 3 way call with both Disney and advanced tech support for Verizon. I was on the call for a total of approximately 2 1/2 hours. The issue is still not resolved but they are working on it. Adeleh was very apologetic for all of the issues and is working to get a discount applied to our account. My compliments to all of the Verizon team but especially Adeleh at the Reidsville, NC store. This is truly what great customer service looks like and what will keep your customers coming back. We had considered going to Spectrum but Adeleh convinced us otherwise. She “made it make sense”.
